Career Coaching is an interactive process of exploring work-related issues in what for many people is a quickly changing, challenging world of work.  The coaching process includes exploration, brainstorming, support, action, and accountability. Coaching sessions focus on the client's agenda which may be:
-   job search issues (resumes, cover letters, interviewing, networking, industry research)
-   exploring their passions, interests, values, goals, and life purpose to develop an authentic career
-   enhancing their career management skills to be more effective in the work place
-   developing and implementing a business start-up plan
-   working toward more balance in their life 

Profiting From Your Passions Coaching is based on the Changing Course Formula. In two laser coaching sessions, we will cover five steps.
Step 1: Know What You Want focuses on lifestyle and financial needs and goals.
Step 2: Know What You Have focuses on your gifts, interests, and skills.
Step 3: Know How To Turn What You Have Into Income teaches you how to analyze opportunities.
Step 4: Know Who Wants What You Have considers what your target market or niche might be.
Step 5: Know How To Ideas Into Action focuses on finding information and becoming more entrepreneurial.

Still in College or Graduating From College
Many new graduates are happy to accept that first professional position, but they have not put their college research skills to use  investigating industries and companies.  Frequently they doom themselves by accepting jobs that are not a good match for their personality.  This often leads to frequent job changes that can negatively impact getting more suitable positions.  If you are a new grad or a soon-to-be grad you need to:
-   Determine your natural talents.  One way to do this is to ask yourself "What am I good at and what do I
    enjoy doing?"
-   Use your research skills to identify what would be the best job for you; then continue your research to
    target companies that are known for developing their employees.

Unemployed or Underemployed
